Pharmacy Weight Loss Melksham is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) offering weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Melksham and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and applicable UK law.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet our eligibility criteria or whose health information suggests treatment would be inappropriate or unsafe.
All prescriptions issued through our service are reviewed and approved by a GPhC-registered pharmacist or an authorised prescriber. A prescription will only be issued where it is clinically appropriate to do so.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following a consultation. Clinical decisions are made solely on the basis of patient safety and professional judgement. You must not misrepresent your health status or medical history when completing any consultation questionnaire.
If your circumstances change after a prescription is issued — including new symptoms, new medications, or a change in medical history — you must inform us immediately before continuing any treatment.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, any change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales may vary due to factors outside our control, including postal delays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe arrangement is in place. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept a return or issue a refund for the medication, in accordance with medicines legislation.
If you wish to cancel a repeat or ongoing treatment plan, please provide at least 48 hours' notice before your next scheduled order. Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed.
If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Our services do not replace your regular GP or NHS healthcare provider. Information provided on our website is for general guidance only and does not constitute personalised medical advice.
Weight loss medications carry risks and potential side effects. It is your responsibility to read all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication. If you experience any adverse effects, stop the medication and seek medical advice immediately. In an emergency, always call 999 or attend your nearest A&E.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Your data will never be sold to third parties.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
